[PROBLEM]
We need to be able to process PCL print files that include PCL created by HP print drivers located in Asian and Middle Eastern countries. These PCL data files contain typeface and symbol set selections that expect Asian or Middle Eastern fonts to be resident in the printer. Can JetPCL support this?
[SOLUTION]
There are special JetPCL Feature Sets that will enable JetPCL to support symbol sets and typefaces for various Asian and Middle Eastern languages. Languages supported include Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Cyrillic, Greek, Hebrew and Arabic. The most common printer resident typefaces and symbol sets are available for each of these languages. Request the language you need when you inquire about your JetPCL license.
