[PROBLEM]
We need to create a custom fax application for our enterprise. Our users need to be able to fax PCL print files. They need to fax looking exactly like they print. The processing of the PCL files will be handled on the client side.
[SOLUTION]
Use JetPCL Enterprise Server to convert the PCL files into faxable TIFF Class-F fax images. Once you have a TIFF image file, transfer it to the server along with fax destination information, to be scheduled for delivery. JetPCL TIFF Class-F output files are ready for fax transmission, so fax hardware will not need to prepare the image before sending. Alternately, these TIFF files can be transferred via the internet and delivered as email attachments. Processing the JetPCL conversion on the desktop will offload processing overhead from the server to the client. Convert to Standard mode fax resolution, 200 dpi Fine mode fax resolution or 300 dpi High fax resolution.
